Company Set Up
Your first step is to incorporate your company. This can be done with the help of your accountant.
Once you have formed your company you should ensure the company has been set up as you wanted.
Below is a list of details to check:
Company director/s – there must be at least one director.
Company secretary – there is no legal requirement for a private company to appoint a secretary.
Registered Office – this is your company’s legal address. Check that the company has been set up with the address you want all HMRC and Companies House correspondence sent. This can be your accountants address for your convenience.
Shareholding – the allocation of shares is usually done when the company is formed. Check that the shareholder(s) and the shareholding allocation is as you want.JOIN NOW
